Authorization to Provide Agency-Level Data Required

In 2023, CSSEA requested your authorization to provide agency-level compensation information to your funders on your behalf in order to facilitate the timely distribution of increases under the Shared Recovery Mandate.

Recently, some funders have requested updated information and, as CSSEA continues to maintain member confidentiality, we ask that you confirm or update your authorization to allow CSSEA to provide 2024 agency-level compensation, if requested. Specifically:

  • If your agency has previously provided authorization to CSSEA and that authorization remains valid, please email us to confirm.
  • If you wish to make any updates to your authorization, please complete this authorization form.
  • If your agency has not provided authorization before and would like to do so, please also complete the authorization form.
