The Compensation and Employee Turnover Report is an annual report conducted by CSSEA for the social services sector of British Columbia. The purpose of the report is to collect funding, compensation, workforce demographics and employee turnover information. This information is the basis for total compensation base reported to PSEC, costing information for collective bargaining, statistics, reports and CSSEA publications.
